1. Services
Michelle's Fresh Start Laundry & Cleaning Services provides wash, dry & fold laundry, ironing, bulky item laundry, and residential cleaning services in Ocala, FL and Marion County.
2. Pricing & payment
Laundry is billed at $25 per 13-gallon bag. Cleaning and specialty services are quoted individually. Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.
3. Pickup & delivery
Free pickup and delivery within 15 miles of 34479. Outside that radius, $10 per additional 10 miles outside the 15-mile radius.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations less than 24 hours before service are subject to a $15 laundry fee or $25 cleaning fee. Same-day cancellations for cleaning are billed at 50% of the visit total.
5. Liability
We take great care with your items and home. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, items left in pockets, garments without care labels, or unavoidable wear during normal cleaning.
6. Prohibited items
Hazardous materials, biohazards, sharp objects, or contaminated garments must not be included in laundry pickups.
